The plan points out that Yiwu should be supported to deepen the reform of key areas and key links, try first and foremost in improving the market procurement trade mode, promoting the innovation and development of import trade, giving full play to the functions of comprehensive bonded areas, and promoting the improvement of cross-border e-commerce rules, and strive to solve deep-seated institutional and institutional problems, strengthen the construction of domestic and foreign trade integration standards, promote cooperation along the Belt and Road, innovatively support the high-quality development of China-Europe trains, explore experience for China to change its trade development mode, accelerate the construction of a trade power, and expand domestic and international markets.In the new round of international trade reform in Yiwu, the National Development and Reform Commission will take the lead in providing guidance services, work with relevant departments in the State Council to implement the tasks according to the division of responsibilities, actively support Yiwu City in Zhejiang Province to deepen the comprehensive reform of international trade in accordance with relevant state regulations, strengthen overall coordination and guidance and evaluation, and help solve the difficulties and problems encountered in the implementation of the plan.Yiwu's international trade reform began in 2011, and Yiwu is also the first pilot city of comprehensive international trade reform approved by the State Council. Subsequently, Yiwu made a series of reform breakthroughs in key areas and links of international trade, which provided useful experience for promoting the transformation of the national foreign trade development mode and building an open economic system. Among them, the "market procurement" trade method initiated by Yiwu provides a simple and efficient system for the export of small commodities, which has been replicated and promoted in 39 cities across the country and has become an important measure for the steady growth of foreign trade.
